The Meadows at Perry Hall Farms Homeowner's Association community assessment is $12.67 per month.

HOA dues are billed and payable in advance annually and due on January 1st.  If any assessment is not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date, the entire unpaid balance of the Assessment shall be considered delinquent and immediately due and payable.  The entire unpaid balance can be subject to interest and the delinquent assessment shall also be subject to a late charge of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00), or one-tenth (1/10th) of the delinquent assessment, whichever is greater.  (Meadows CC&Rs Section 9).

Of this $12.67, $6.00 is assessed by the Perry Hall Farms Master Association for community / "improved" areas and $6.67 is assessed by the Meadows HOA for expenses specific to the Meadows community.  The Meadows HOA 2021 budget is outlined below:
