The Meadows HOA Architectural Committee is established to keep the community an attractive and desirable place to live by assisting all residents in maintaining high standards of design and compatibility.  The Architectural Committee shall have a minimum of three members and serves at the pleasure of the Board.

No lot may be modified in a manner that changes the exterior appearance, including changes to the elevation, topography, or landscaping (planting of new, or removing of existing, shrubs or trees) without the expressed written approval of the Meadows HOA Architectural Committee in advance.

No structure may be commenced, constructed, erected, placed, maintained or permitted to remain on a lot, prior to plans and specifications for and a description of any such use have been submitted to, and expressly approved in writing, by the Architectural Committee.

For guidelines and review criteria, or to download an Exterior Alteration Application, please visit our Lot Alteration Application page.  Each application is reviewed on the individual merits of the project and typically takes 30-60 days for final resolution.
