The Perry Hall Farms community contains a mixture of single family homes, condominiums, and town homes.  The Meadows Community is just one of seven communities making up the Perry Hall Farms development; The Meadows, The Windsors, The Fields, The Carriage House, The Coach House, The Gardens, and The Townes.  Each of the seven community HOAs fall under the umbrella of the Master Association for the development.  The Master Association Board of Directors is made up of one board member from each of the seven sub-communities and is responsible for maintaining all “community” or “improved” property within the development in accordance with the Master Association bylaws. 

With regard to the Meadows Community, the Master Association maintains responsibility to care for, beautify, and repair entranceway monuments, including the lighting, grass, shrubs, flowers, trees and the sidewalks and walkways adjacent to those monuments, as well as the islands on Perry Farms Drive

In addition, the Master Association holds hearings on appeals to resolve disputes within the sub-associations.
