Tree Removal

No structurally sound or healthy tress shall be removed from any lot, with the exception of those trees having a diameter of six (6) inches or less (measured from a point two feet above ground level), without the expressed written consent of the Architectural Committee.

Tree & Landscaping Installation

An Exterior Alteration Application is required for tree, shrubbery and screen plantings (row or cluster style).  The application should include:

• A description of the types and sizes of trees or shrubs or landscaping to be planted or installed and a site plan showing the relationship of plantings or installations to the house and adjacent dwellings.

Please remember to call Miss Utility at (800) 257-7777 before doing any planting or digging; allow 48 hours for a response.

Vegetable Garden Plots

Applications are not required for plots limited to one hundred fifty (150) square feet or 1/4 of the rear lot, whichever is smaller.  Plots may be located behind the rear line of the house only.
