Per the bylaws of the Declaration CC&Rs, no junk vehicle, commercial vehicle, trailer, truck over 3/4 ton, camper, camp truck, house trailer, recreational vehicle, boat or boat trailer shall be parked, stored or maintained in the open on any lot, or on the dedicated rights-of way.

No automobile which does not display current registration shall be parked, stored or maintained in the open on any lot, or on the dedicated rights-of-way or upon the parking areas of the Property.  No inoperable vehicles may be stored on any lot or anywhere in the community.  Any vehicle left for longer than thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned, and Baltimore County Police will be notifed that the vehicle has been abandoned.
