No broadcast or loudspeaker unit(s) shall be placed outside or be directed to the outside of the home so as to be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood or the other homeowners.

No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be carried on upon any Lot, nor shall any odor, noise or light emanate therefrom, nor shall anything be be done upon the Property which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood or other Owners.

Baltimore County Noise Ordinance rules also apply.  Meadows residents are reminded that noise should be kept to a minimum both day and night.  All noise complaints will be referred to Baltimore County Police and Code Enforcement as applicable.  Fines may be applicable and issued by both Baltimore County and the Meadows HOA.

The use of fireworks in Maryland is illegal.  Any hand-held or ground-based device that creates an explosion, detonation, loud noise, that launches a projectile or moves along the ground under its own power is illegal in Baltimore County and elsewhere.
