The Owner of any lot may lease his lot provided the following terms and conditions are met:

• Any lease between and Owner and a Lessee must be in writing and shall not be for a term of less than six (6) months.

• The lease shall state that it is subject in all respects to, and that the Leesee shall comply with, all of the provisions of the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws, and that failure to comply with any of the terms of the aforementioned documents shall be a default under the lease.

• The lease shall in no way relieve Owner of any duty or obligation imposed by the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or the rules and regulations of the Association, even if such violation shall be caused by the actions of the Owner's leesee.
