Paint & Siding

Homeowners are expected to maintain appropriate care of the exterior of their home, including replacing the paint and siding as necessary.  An Exterior Alteration Application is required for any change of color or material to the exterior of a home; no application is necessary for the repainting or replacing of siding in the same color or finish.

Gutters & Downspouts

An application is not required for like kind replacement of gutters and downspouts or the addition of gutters and downspouts which are painted a color that is harmonious with the structure's siding and/or trim and consistent with the prevailing colors of the neighborhood.
