No livestock, poultry, birds, insects or other animals of any kind, regardless of number, temporarily or permanently, shall be raised, bred or maintained on any lot, with the exception of up to three (3) household domestic pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish or similar household domesticated animals, provided that they are not raised, bred or maintained for commercial purposes.  Homeowners shall comply with all State and County animal control laws and ordinances and no such animal shall be or become an annoyance or a nuisance, or cause a disturbance, to the neighborhood or other owners.
