No lot shall be devoted to a use other than residential use.  That being said, no home may be occupied at any time by more than one (1) family or be used for transient or hotel purposes.

Home Professions or Industries

Professional and/or home offices not constituting a primary or substantial use of the home or lot is permitted with the following restrictions:

• No profession or home industry shall be conducted on any lot that may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood or other homeowners. 

• Such home industry shall be deemed a nuisance and prohibited if the activity relating thereto can be seen, heard, smelled, or if the business activity overburdens the property with noise, traffic or all visual or audible effects.

Any proposed profession or home industry requires the expressed written approval of the HOA Board of Directors or the HOA Architectural Committee.

Family Day Care

No lot, road, sidewalk or any other part of a property may be used for a Family Day Care Home at any time or be used by any Family Day Care Home providers as an area for Family Day Care Home activities.  "Family Day Care Home" means a home registered or required to be registered under Title 5 of the Family Law Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
